69-year-old female that was concerned with her general face, brow and periorbital. Her concerns consisted of skin excess of the upper eyelid, skin and fat excess of the lower eyelids, eyelid hooding, forehead wrinkles, glabellar frown lines and tired look to the eyes. To address these concerns she chose to undergo a lower eyelid blepharoplasty-subciliary, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, coronal browlift, facelift, fat grafting to tear troughs, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and oral commissures.
