37-year-old female that had undergone a saline breast augmentation 450cc transumbilical subpectoral in 2002 with a different surgeon. Then had 4 children, breast fed them all and now felt her breasts were heavy and droopy. To address her concerns she chose to have her implants removed with a bilateral mastopexy and capsulectomies.
