31-year-old female that was concerned with her small and droopy breast after childbirth, chose to undergo a bilateral breast augmenation. It was explained to the patient that since she has a mild degree of ptosis (sagging) that a periareolar mastopexy (breast lift) is recommended. The patient was not interested in a breast lift and understands that she can undergo a breast lift in the future. This patient chose the Style 20 Natrelle silicone implants 400cc placed under the muscle.
