40-year-old mother of one that was concerned with her small, droopy and constricted breasts. She was a 36 B and desired to become a 36 C. Following a detailed discussion of her options she elected to proceed with a bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira Style SRF 485cc silicone implants. She also had scoring and lowering of the lower pole and inferomedial inframammary fold to achieve a better shape and lower pole expansion.
