This patient is a 35 year old who desired larger breasts. She hoped to enlarge her AA cup breasts to a large B cup or small C cup. She chose to undergo a bilateral breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira Style SRF 415 mL silicone implants which were placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision.
