37-year-old female that wanted to increase her breast size from a B-cup to a large C-cup or a small D-cup. She chose to undergo a bilateral breast augmentation using McGhan Style 68 saline implants – 360cc filled to 375 on the left and 360cc filled to 400 on the right. Her implants were placed under the muscle using the inframammary incision.
