24-year-old mother of two that was concerned with her small breasts. She breast fed both children but her breasts remained small. She was a 32 A and desired to become a 32 C. After consulting with Dr. Engel she chose to undergo a bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation using inframammary incision. Implants are Natrelle Inspira cohesive silicone style SCX 400cc.
