This 36-year-old woman was concerned about loss of volume after breastfeeding 2 children for approximately 2 years each. She noted that her breasts were extremely large during nursing and she lost a large amount of volume since then. Her bra size was a large A cup and she wanted to increase her breast size to approximately a medium C cup. She wanted to keep a natural appearance and chose Allergan Natrelle silicone implants.
