53-year-old female that had gastric bypass years ago, was unhappy with the excess skin on her arms after losing a significant amount of weight. She chose to undergo a bilateral arm lift (brachioplasty). The patients scars are still slightly red as the post operative photos were taken at 2 months but will continue to fade with time.
