This patient is 6 months post-op following a bilateral breast augmentation with bilateral mastopexy using Natrelle Inspira silicone implants. She received 265cc on the left and 345cc on the right to enhance volume and improve symmetry. This combined procedure lifted and reshaped the breasts while restoring upper pole fullness for a more youthful, balanced contour. At this stage in her recovery, her results have settled beautifully with soft, natural proportions, improved symmetry, and well-healed incisions.
