This patient is 5 months post-op following a bilateral breast augmentation with mastopexy. To enhance volume and correct asymmetry, she received 325cc implants on the left and 345cc implants on the right. The lift and augmentation combination restored upper pole fullness, improved breast shape, and created a more balanced, youthful contour. At this stage in her recovery, her results have settled beautifully with soft, natural symmetry and minimal scarring.
