At 3 months post-op upper blepharoplasty, the patient is healing very well with a more refreshed and rejuvenated appearance around the eyes. Swelling has significantly improved, incisions are healing beautifully, and the upper eyelids appear smoother and more defined while maintaining a natural look. The patient is very pleased with the outcome and continued improvement throughout the healing process.
