This patient is 3 months post-op after an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat injections. The procedure was performed to reduce puffiness, sagging, and under-eye hollowness, creating a more refreshed and youthful appearance. Fat injections were used to restore lost volume and smooth the transition between the lower eyelid and cheek. At this stage in her recovery, swelling has resolved, incisions are healing well, and she is very happy with her natural-looking results.
