50-year-old male that was 270lbs and underwent a gastric sleeve which helped him get down to 180lbs. He had liposuction with another surgeon of his chest flanks, and abdomen and was unhappy with the results. He was now concerned with excess abdominal skin, adiposity of the abdomen, flanks/back, and axilla. To address his concerns he chose to undergo a lower abdominoplasty, liposuction to the full abdomen, axilla, back, flanks with fat grafting to his chest.
