23yr old Sarasota female with breast hypoplasia had concerns regarding small breasts. She would like to become a 34 C. She does not want breast implants and seeks a natural look with fat grafting. She was concerned about inverted nipples.
Fat grafting was performed to add fullness to her breasts. A total of 475 cc was injected into the right breast and 475 cc into the left breast. With this large volume fat grafting, patient is now able to fill a C cup and is thrilled with her natural results
