80-year-old female that was concerned about cheek and neck laxity as well as upper eyelid excess skin and wrinklingof the upper eyelids. She chose to undergo a face lift, upper blepharoplasty skin only, fx laser upper eyelids, fat injections to lateral brow, lower eyelids, marionette lines, nasolabial folds, oral commisure and tear troughs.
