36-year-old female with a history of massive weight loss of 125lbs. She had significant breast ptosis and hypoplasia as well as abdominal wall and skin laxity. The patient chose to undergo a bilateral breast augmentation with mastopexy using Natrelle Inspira silicone implants style SRF 345cc. She also had a fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty with liposuction to the chest and flanks.
