A 36-year-old male patient underwent liposuction of the chest and direct excision of the glandular tissue to address gynecomastia. The procedure aimed to reduce excess fat and tissue, creating a more contoured and masculine chest appearance. Liposuction was performed to remove localized fat deposits, followed by direct excision of the glandular tissue to eliminate the source of the condition. This combination of techniques ensures a smooth, sculpted chest with improved definition. The patient can expect a more aesthetically balanced and natural-looking chest contour postoperatively.
