55-year-old female with a history of laser liposuction of the thighs and banana rolls. This left her with skin laxity of the upper posterior thigh. The patient also had residual adiposity of anterior, lateral and posterior thigh. She elected to undergo a Posterior Thighlift and liposuction to anterior thighs, lateral thighs and posterior thighs.
