65-year-old female that was concerned with the skin laxity and wrinkles on her face and eyes. She chose to undergo a facelift, bilateral upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, FX CO2 laser and fat grafting to the perioral, cheeks, infra-brow region, lips, malar mounds, marionette lines, nasolabial folds, tear troughs, temples, lower eyelids, prejowl sulcus, submalar region and oral commisure areas.
