69-year-old female that was unhappy with the skin laxity of her neck, marionette lines, wrinkles on her eyelids and face. To address her concerns she chose to undergo a facelift, bilateral lower blepharoplasty with fat injections, bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty (skin only), lateral canthopexy and Restylane Defyne to marionette lines and nasolabial folds.
