57-year-old female that previously underwent a subpectoral breast augmentation using Mentor 325cc saline implants filled to 375cc. She was now concerned with how large and droopy her breasts had become. To address her concerns she chose to remove her old saline implants and replace them with Natrelle Inspira Cohesive silicone implants Style SCF 325cc, capsulorrhaphy and mastopexy with tissue removal and liposuction of her lateral chest.
