32-year-old female with Pseudoptosis (a deflated apperance after pregnancy or weight loss) which may sometimes need a breast lift. Since there is ample skin visible below the nipple she also had the option of breast augmentation with a larger implant. She chose this option since it has less visible scarring. She decided on Natrelle Style 15, 421cc silicone implants that were placed under the muscle.
