62-year-old female that was concerned with her aging face. She was particularly concerned about the laxity and jowling in the lower third of the face. She chose to undergo a mini facelift, lower blepharoplasty with fat injections, fat injections to cheeks and tear troughs, restylane silk marionette lines and oral commissure.
