Dr. Brian M. Derby, a board-certified plastic surgeon and partner at Sarasota Plastic Surgery Center, is recognized for his ethical, artistic, and compassionate approach, treating every patient as family while creating natural, life-enhancing results. He earned his M.D. from the University of South Florida and completed six years of residency at Southern Illinois University’s Institute for Plastic Surgery, followed by two additional fellowships focused on advanced facial, breast, and body techniques with world-renowned surgeons. Specializing in eyelid surgery, facelifts, breast augmentation with “gummy bear” implants, breast lifts, reductions, tummy tucks, mommy makeovers, and post-weight loss surgery, he is known for customizing procedures to achieve undetectably natural outcomes. Dr. Derby is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Director on the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons, and an active member of ASAPS, ASPS, and SESPRS, while also contributing to the Aesthetic Surgery Journal and ASAPS RADAR Resource.
