Breast explant surgery (also called breast implant removal surgery) is a surgical procedure designed to take out silicone implants or saline implants. Besides removing your implants, your surgeon may also remove scar tissue and any silicone that has leaked out of your implant.

Dr. Scott J. Engel, a board-certified Sarasota plastic surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, is renowned for his natural-looking results, compassionate care, and dedication to patient education.
