Description

After losing a a large amount of weight, this 53 year old Sarasota woman wanted to get rid of the excess skin and droopiness of her breasts. She underwent a bilateral reduction and breast lift. Although she has the perky appearance of a breast augmentation with implants, her new breasts are formed entirely from her own tissue through a process called auto-augmentation. In this situation, a large amount of skin is removed to correct the drooping but almost all her own breast tissue inside is preserved to help make the new breast.
